ORDERING AND DELIVERY AT YOLIRA

At Yolira, we strive for high-quality products at the most affordable prices. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier, allowing us to minimize costs for transport, storage, packaging, and shipping, and offer fair prices. We aim to process every order within 24 hours, and the average delivery time is 7 to 14 days.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

At Yolira, we cover the shipping costs for every order with a delivery address in South Africa.

TAXES

Please note that you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax, or customs duties.

PACKAGE REFUSAL AND NOT AT HOME SITUATIONS

If the consumer refuses the package at the door and/or is not home during delivery attempts, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be charged. This covers logistical and return costs of the package.

RETURNS AND PACKAGE LOSS

In the event of returns, cancellations at the door, not-at-home situations, or other circumstances where a package is returned to the carrier, Yolira accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or destruction of the package during the return process. Once the package is shipped and handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package are transferred to the carrier. Any liability or claims regarding the package should be directed to the carrier.
